| To process an RMA, the following procedure shall apply: |

| 1 |
ExaDigm will issue an RMA number via phone, fax or email. This grants a tentative authorization to ship the products to ExaDigm for evaluation. |

| 2 |
Any ExaDigm unit returned for service must contain all accessories. If a unit arrives at ExaDigm with missing accessories, the missing parts will be replaced at cost to the customer. |

| 3 |
Upon receipt of a malfunctioning unit, ExaDigm will evaluate the extent of the problem. If no hardware defect is found, ExaDigm will charge a pointerling fee plus the return freight to the customer. |

| 4 |
The RMA units will be repaired or replaced with another unit at ExaDigm's discretion. The RMA units will then be returned to the customer. |

| 5 |
Shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except as noted herein or by prior written approval by either party. |
