ExaDigm's repair services are reliable and allow us the capability to support our valuable customers with professional experience. We manufacture a quality product and ensure your satisfaction with the repairs and the services we provide.
Under our warranty, any ExaDigm product found to be defective within the stated warranty period will be repaired or replaced by ExaDigm at ExaDigm's sole discretion. The failed unit shall be returned to ExaDigm according to proper RMA procedures.
If the customer wishes to have an ExaDigm product repaired by an ExaDigm service facility beyond the limited warranty period, the customer may request such service for a fee from ExaDigm. The unit requiring service must be shipped according to proper RMA procedures, and ExaDigm shall invoice the customer for any unit shipped as an RMA not covered by the warranty policy. There is a labor charge for repairing an out-of-warranty unit, as well as a charge for shipping and pointerling.
