President and CFO
Tony was appointed President and CFO after having served as Acting Chief Executive Officer in 2010.
Tony joined ExaDigm as the company’s Chief Financial Officer, bringing with him over 25 years experience as a CFO and Controller. Prior to joining ExaDigm, Tony was Managing Director of Priority Advisors, which focused on business and financial advisory services to small and mid size companies primarily in the technology sector.
Tony has also held senior management positions as Senior Managing Director for the Global Client Solutions Group with Cushman & Wakefield; CFO for Ximeta Inc., a technology start up, where he was instrumental in achieving revenues of $16M in their first full year; CFO and Director of Metalclad Corp., a Nasdaq listed company, where he helped lead a successful prosecution of the first investor case under the NAFTA treaty; VP and Controller of the $2B Energy Services Group of LG&E Energy, an NYSE company.
Tony holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from St Francis College (NY) and an MBA in Finance from Long Island University.
Bill Gao joined ExaDigm Inc. in 2001. He is in charge of international sales and support as well as supply chain management. He has over 18-year management and consulting experience in marketing strategy and supply chain management areas. He has expertise in project management, product management, marketing strategy, and supply chain management including operations optimization and purchasing strategy.
He worked for the State Information Center of China as a consultant to do market & industry analysis and provided consulting services for companies in different industries including utility industry, auto industry, computer industry, and telecommunication industry.
Bill holds an MBA on Supply Chain Management and Marketing Technology from Michigan State University.

Director of Customer Relationship Management
Patricia Soto joined ExaDigm in April 2007 and is its Director of Relationship Management, primarily responsible for managing vendor partnerships, project management, and product implementations including all certifications. She is well recognized by ExaDigm’s customers and partners in the payment industry for having directed several large scale custom implementations, all of which came in on time and below budget.
With more than 18 years of experience in the electronic payments industry, Patricia has held increasingly responsible positions including Project Manager, Business Analyst, Product Manager and Sales Support Manager.
Prior to joining ExaDigm, she held several key leadership positions with Educational Testing Services, Global Payments Inc., and eBill.
Patricia is bilingual (English/Spanish).
Director of Sales
Maribel joined ExaDigm on July 2009, bringing along her highly valuable 22 years experience in the payment industry, having worked with numerous front-end processors such as Paymentech, FDR, TSYS, Global Payments and Elavon.
Prior to her position at ExaDigm, Maribel held several leadership position at First USA/Paymentech, US Wireless Data/Transaction Network Services (TNS), achieving multiple awards.
Starting from an Operation Manager position, she later on took charge of directing the resolution of complex payment customers, while directing the implementation of National Account Conversion / Acquisition Programs, prospecting and negotiating new reseller contract, overseeing more than 350 customers as primary liaison and directing training programs.
Maribel's strategy, sales, operation and product development skills in the payment industry are an invaluable asset to ExaDigm, at a time when the payment industry is shifting into new technologies and new territories.
Exceptionally well organized, with a track record of self motivation, creativity and initiative, Maribel's contribution at ExaDigm started with the implementation of the ExaDigm's "Wireless Value Bundle", performing extensive competitive analysis, resulting in sustained sales growth and increased market share for the company, and continues today through the definition of the company's strategy, highly efficient sales and customer support for ExaDigm's new Point-Of-Sale series of products.
