RMA
To process an RMA, the following procedure shall apply:
| 1 | ExaDigm will issue an RMA number via phone, e-mail, or fax. This grants a tentative authorization to ship the products to ExaDigm for evaluation. |
| 2 | Upon receipt of a malfunctioning unit, ExaDigm will evaluate the extent of the problem. If no hardware defect is found, ExaDigm will charge a "No Problem Found" fee. |
| 3 | RMA units that are under warranty will be repaired at no charge and returned to the customer. |
| 4 | Non-warranty RMA units: ExaDigm will notify customer of the price to repair the hardware and seek written approval. After repair ExaDigm will return equipment to customer. |
| 5 | ExaDigm does not provide "loaner" equipment. Customers may purchase replacements if necessary. Please contact our RMA department for replacement policy. |
