Management Team
ExaDigm has assembled a team of management professionals recognized as industry leaders in their respective fields. With extensive experience in the electronic payments, point-of-sale and wireless industries, including tenure with key competitors, this world class team is intimately familiar with the problems and issues faced by these companies and the payments industry as a whole.
Tony was appointed Acting Chief Executive Officer in 2010 having joined ExaDigm as the company’s Chief Financial Officer bringing with him over 25 years experience as a CFO and Controller. Prior to joining ExaDigm, Tony was a Managing Director of Priority Advisors, which focused on business and financial advisory services to small and mid size companies primarily in the technology sector. Tony has also held senior management positions as Senior Managing Director for the Global Client Solutions Group with Cushman & Wakefield; CFO for Ximeta Inc., a technology start up, where he was instrumental in achieving revenues of $16M in their first full year; CFO and Director of Metalclad Corp., a Nasdaq listed company, where he helped lead a successful prosecution of the first investor case under the NAFTA treaty; and VP and Controller of the $2B Energy Services Group of LG&E Energy, an NYSE company. Tony holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from St Francis College (NY) and an MBA in Finance from Long Island University.
Prior his current role Scott served as the company's Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Originally recruited as ExaDigm's first Vice President of Marketing, Scott was instrumental in driving the market launch of the XD family of products and increasing the company's brand awareness nationally. Scott joined ExaDigm having built a successful career in the ATM and self-service delivery systems industry. Prior to ExaDigm, Scott served as the Director of Marketing for Tranax Technologies, a leading manufacturer of ATMs and self-service terminals, at the same time as leading the company's expansion into the self-service technology market as the Manager of Self-Service Products. With over 12 years of business development, marketing and communications experience, Scott has worked with both early-stage and established companies in the manufacturing, technology and financial services industries across the United States, Europe and the Asia Pacific. Scot holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Psychology from the University of Western Sydney, Australia.
Rod is a seasoned, technically-oriented executive with almost 25 years of experience in a wide range of software development and engineering roles. An expert in the areas of transaction processing, data communications and telecommunications, industrial controls and computer-based hardware sales and distribution, Rod brings a unique blend of technical and management experience to his role at ExaDigm. Prior to joining ExaDigm, Rod was a member of the engineering and development team at eTaxi, a provider of integrated payment processing solutions for the passenger transportation industry. Prior to eTaxi, Rod spent 8 years with Transaction Network Services (TNS) where he held a range of technical and management roles including Director of Telephony Systems, VP and SVP of Development, EVP and Chief Systems Officer, eventually culminating in him taking over leadership of the company as President and COO when TNS was acquired in 2000. Earlier in his career he served as a software developer at Digital Radio Networks and as a manager of a software group in charge of industrial controls for Universal Dynamics Corporation. Rod holds a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from Virginia Tech.
