ExaDigm Announces its Mobitex Conversion Program for Wireless Terminals Affected by the Pending Network Closure

SANTA ANA, CA, September 27, 2006 - ExaDigm, Inc, the leading innovator of wireless and wired point-of-sale (POS) terminal solutions, today announced the launch of its Mobitex Conversion Program. Following the recent reports relating to the possible closure of Mobitex data network in the early part of 2007, ExaDigm has created a program aimed specifically at transitioning the 120,000+ terminals that would be rendered obsolete due to the network closure to the only virtually future proof wireless solution available today, the XD2000.
The program provides Merchants, ISO's, Processors and alike with the ability to transition those terminals affected by the network closure to the XD2000 Wireless Solution in a simple, cost effective way. Recognizing that the business needs of those currently operating these Mobitex terminals varied significantly, ExaDigm has created a program that can be tailored specifically to an individual company ensuring they are able to pass on the maximum benefit to their customers who will be affected by the network closure.
