| ABANCO International Chooses the ExaDigm Point-of-Sale Terminal for its Modular-Connectivity Capabilities |

ROSEMONT, IL. and SANTA ANA, CA., - April 20, 2004 - ABANCO International LLC announced today the purchase of 2,000 Mate Plus point-of-sale (POS) terminals from ExaDigm, providing new modular connectivity options to its merchant customers. With the ability to interchange modems on the back of the Mate Plus to obtain a range of connectivity options including Wi-Fi, IP, cellular and dial, ABANCO is providing its customers with the simplicity of having one terminal address all their connectivity requirements with a simple swap of a modem. The Mate Plus terminal also offers the flexibility and ease of software development and customization through the Linux-based open architecture of the terminal.
