ExaDigm Appoints Former Top Lipman Executives to Management Team

SANTA ANA, CA - November 14, 2007 - ExaDigm, Inc., the leading innovator of wired and wireless point-of-sale (POS) terminal solutions, today announced the appointment of two former Lipman USA senior executives to its Management Team. Carmen Paraschiv, former head of both Lipman and Verifone's Project Management Offices, takes up the role of Vice President of Project Management and is joined by former Lipman Director of Research and Development, Andrey Tikhonov, who assumes the role of Chief Technology Officer.

Paraschiv brings extensive project management experience in the payments industry having created and managed Lipman USA's highly successful Project Management Department. Serving as part of the Lipman/Verifone transition team in the US, Paraschiv went on become head of Verifone's Project Management Office. At ExaDigm she will head up the entire project management organization, with direct responsibility for the company's aggressive drive toward Class A certifications with the nation's leading payment processors.

Joining Paraschiv at ExaDigm is former Lipman colleague Andrey Tikhonov. Tikhonov comes to ExaDigm with a wealth of experience and knowledge in developing world class technology-focused payment solutions having served as Director of Research and Development for Lipman USA. Along with Paraschiv, Tikhonov served as part of the Lipman/Verifone transition team with responsibility for managing the NURIT Application Development Center. Joining ExaDigm as the company's first CTO, he will have full responsibility for all engineering and product development initiatives.

Paraschiv received a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Computer Science from the University of Planning and Cybernetics, Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Romania, while Tikhonov holds both a Masters and Bachelors degree in Information Technology and Computer Science, from Novosibirsk State Technical University in Russia.
