POSDATA Selects ExaDigm for Wireless Point-of-Sale Terminals

SANTA ANA, CA and GIG HARBOR, WA - June 8, 2006, ExaDigm, Inc., the leading innovator of wireless and wired point-of-sale (POS) terminal solutions, and POSDATA, the leading full service distributor of a wide range of payment terminal, bar code, data collection, and point of sale equipment, today announced the formation of a Strategic Partnership between the two companies. Through this new partnership POSDATA will offer the XD2000 Cellular Wireless Solution to their key channels.
In partnering with ExaDigm, POSDATA will now have the ability to offer customers the most comprehensive wireless POS solution available on the market today. The XD2000 Cellular Wireless Solution features a fully modular design and PC-based Linux operating system giving users the ability to change wireless connectivity between CDMA/1XRTT and GSM/GPRS with the simple swap of a modem. In addition, with full VISA CISP validation and 256-bit SSL encryption at the time of card swipe, the XD2000 Cellular Wireless Solution offers the highest level of security available with any POS terminal on the market today.
