Jack McDonnell
Director
Jack McDonnell currently serves as a director of DealerTrack, an appointment he has held since July 2005. In 1990 he founded TNS, Inc. (NYSE:TNS), a worldwide provider of e-commerce data communications services, and served as Chairman and CEO from April 2001 to September 2006. Prior to this he served as Chairman and CEO of PaylinX Corp., a software provider for transaction processing, from November 1999 until it was sold to CyberSource Corp. He remains a director of CyberSource, a publicly held company.
Mr. McDonnell is a founder and active leader of the Electronic Funds Transfer Association (EFTA) and recipient of KPMG Peat Marwick LLP's 1997 High Tech Entrepreneur Award and the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute 2002 Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
A graduate of Renssalaer Polytechnic Institute, Mr. McDonnell holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College and an Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from Marymount University.
