Global Payments Certifies ExaDigm's XD2000 Point-of-Sale Terminal

ATLANTA, GA and SANTA ANA, CA - February 7, 2006 - ExaDigm, Inc., the leading innovator of wireless and wired point-of-sale (POS) terminal solutions, today announced that its XD2000 point-of-sale terminal has received Class B certification from Global Payments, Inc. This certification allows Global Payments to offer fast, reliable, secure transactions to its merchant customers utilizing Internet Protocol (IP) connections.
The XD2000 can support a range of Global's payment processing applications, including credit, debit, EBT and purchasing card level II support. Merchants and ISOs who process through Global Payments now have access to one of the most advanced point-of-sale terminals on the market today. With the XD2000, they now have the benefit of the highest levels of terminal-based security, as well as the widest range of communication options in a single terminal, including cellular (GPRS & CDMA), WiFi (802.11g), Ethernet, and dial-up.
